Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-7 business days for handling and shipping. Once the painting has been shipped, it usually takes 3-7 business days to be delivered. During high season though, delivery could be longer and around  7-10 business days. Shipping times are up to the carrier. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, or if you receive a damage painting, please contact me as soon as possible via art@rocalderoni.com to work together on the best solution.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
